Refund After Cancellation/Change of Reservation
Refund (bank transfer) will be made to the customer's designated bank account.
For customers who chose to pay by credit card, we can cancel your payment only when it is possible according to the regulations of each credit card company.
If a refund (bank transfer) is made due to the customer's personal circumstances, we will return a sum with the bank transfer processing fee subtracted from the travel price.

Postage costs for the return or the exchange of coupons or tickets will be at the customer's expense when the change or cancellation of the reservation is made due to the customer's personal circumstances.
